Our British Lop pork comes from a traditional British heritage breed, naturally known for producing rich, succulent meat with just the right amount of fat. Perfect for a comforting Sunday roast, slow cooking or pulled pork.

Roast it simply with sea salt for crisp crackling, then serve with roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables and plenty of gravy. Any leftovers make fantastic sandwiches, pork baps or an easy midweek meal.

Our pigs are reared here on our farm in North Wales and the pork is produced in small batches, so availability is always limited.
