What is our Beef Mince?
Our mince is a far superior product to supermarket mince - no added water or nasties made from the best cuts - its what we use in our weekly lasagne, chilli con carne and cottage pies.

Our Everyday Beef comes from Stabiliser-cross cattle, raised alongside our Wagyu here on our North Wales farm. Combining Hereford, Angus, Simmental and Gelbvieh heritage, the Stabiliser breed is known for natural marbling that helps give the beef its juicy texture and full flavour. Butchered locally, it’s proper, flavoursome beef for everything from midweek meals to Sunday roasts.

A proper Sunday roast starts with good beef. Our Stabiliser-cross roasting joint comes from cattle raised on our North Wales farm and butchered locally.
