Our Wagyu
We raise our beautiful Wagyu on lush green pastures. They enjoy a good, healthy, sustainable diet with plenty of fresh Snowdonia air. We tend our animals from their first tentative steps until they reach maturity, which takes around 36 months. This is double the time for non-native breeds.
They enjoy a happy, healthy natural life with a few pints of local beer for good measure.
Our Wagyu are very much the beating heart to our future.
Welsh Wagyu Beef is good for you!
This is because it contains a high percentage of omega fatty acids. Its intense marbling improves the ratio of monounsaturated fats. Our recently commissioned report shows that an average our Wagyu Beef had double the amount of Omega 9 than a supermarket steak –which helps raise good and lower bad cholesterol levels.
Wagyu beef also contains the highest amount of CLA (conjugated linoleic acid) per gram of any foodstuff - about 30% more than other beef breeds. So as well as being delicious its healthy for you too!

We deliver locally and you can Click and Collect from the farm. Just let us know in the Notes Section when you’ d like to collect or drop us an email, text or message. We generally Deliver Fri-Sunday (email for any urgent deliveries)

We deliver further afield via DPD or APC next day delivery. (Delivery charges apply)
