Everyday Beef - Welsh Stabiliser Topside

from £12.48

What is Topside Roast?
Topside roast is the inner thigh muscle, sourced from the hind leg by following the natural seam between the knuckle and the silverside. As a well-used muscle, it’s extremely lean - great for pot roasting , Sunday lunch and a slow cook winter warmer

Our Everyday Beef comes from Stabiliser-cross cattle, raised alongside our Wagyu here on our North Wales farm. Combining Hereford, Angus, Simmental and Gelbvieh heritage, the Stabiliser breed is known for natural marbling that helps give the beef its juicy texture and full flavour. Butchered locally, it’s proper, flavoursome beef for everything from midweek meals to Sunday roasts.
