Everyday Beef - Welsh Fillet Steak

from £6.00

What is a Fillet Steak ?

The fillet, also known as tenderloin, is one of the most tender cuts of beef. Positioned along the spine, this muscle is the least weight-bearing, resulting in minimal fat and connective tissue.

Our Everyday Beef comes from Stabiliser-cross cattle, raised alongside our Wagyu here on our North Wales farm. Combining Hereford, Angus, Simmental and Gelbvieh heritage, the Stabiliser breed is known for natural marbling that helps give the beef its juicy texture and full flavour. Butchered locally, it’s proper, flavoursome beef for everything from midweek meals to Sunday roasts.
