You know us for our Wagyu, but it isn’t the only beef we raise here on the farm.

Our Stabiliser-cross cattle produce the beef we’ve always filled our own freezer with — we’ve just never sold it before. The Stabiliser was originally developed from four breeds: Hereford, Angus, Simmental and Gelbvieh, combining some of the best characteristics of each.

It’s great-tasting, versatile beef for roasts, slow cooks, cottage pies, chilli and everyday favourites.

Your 5kg box contains a selection of mince, diced beef, roasting joints and slow-cooking cuts, butchered, packed and ready for the freezer.

Born and raised on our farm in North Wales.

Every box is made up slightly differently -. your beef box will be made up of a variety of the cuts listed below.

Joints - Topside, Silverside, and one slow roast (Brisket / Chuck)

Slow cooking cuts - Stewing Steak, Braising, Shin or Skirt

Steaks - Sirloin or Rump
