Storage & Thawing Instructions
Thank you for purchasing our freshly made frozen pâté.
To ensure food safety and the best quality, please follow these instructions carefully:
After Receiving the product
Keep frozen at -18°C or below until you're ready to use.
Do not store in the fridge until you begin thawing.
Use within the date specified on pack
How to Thaw Safely
Remove the pâté from the freezer and place it in the fridge (≤5°C) to thaw slowly.
Do not thaw at room temperature, on a counter, or in warm water.
Allow sufficient time: thawing in the fridge may take up to 12–24 hours
After Thawing
Once thawed, keep refrigerated at ≤4°C.
Consume within 21 days of thawing and within the Use By Date
Do not refreeze once thawed.
Important Food Safety Advice
Always keep chilled until serving.
If the pâté smells sour, has changed texture, or shows signs of spoilage,
do not consume.
Suitable for home freezing only before thawing.
