Storage & Thawing Instructions

Thank you for purchasing our freshly made frozen pâté.

To ensure food safety and the best quality, please follow these instructions carefully:

After Receiving the product

  • Keep frozen at -18°C or below until you're ready to use.

  • Do not store in the fridge until you begin thawing.

  • Use within the date specified on pack

How to Thaw Safely

  • Remove the pâté from the freezer and place it in the fridge (≤5°C) to thaw slowly.

  • Do not thaw at room temperature, on a counter, or in warm water.

  • Allow sufficient time: thawing in the fridge may take up to 12–24 hours

After Thawing

  • Once thawed, keep refrigerated at ≤4°C.

  • Consume within 21 days of thawing and within the Use By Date

  • Do not refreeze once thawed.

Important Food Safety Advice

  • Always keep chilled until serving.

  • If the pâté smells sour, has changed texture, or shows signs of spoilage,

do not consume.

  • Suitable for home freezing only before thawing.
