Wagyu Rum Smash
Wagyu Rum Smash (Summer Edition)
Think: Mojito meets Old Fashioned meets backyard BBQ.
🧊 Ingredients (per drink):
2 oz wagyu-infused rum
0.75 oz fresh lime juice
0.5 oz honey syrup or simple syrup ** (See below how to make)
4–5 fresh mint leaves
Optional: 1 thin cucumber slice or 1 small basil leaf for extra freshness
Crushed ice (or just regular)
Top with soda water (great for a longer drink)
Garnish: mint sprig + lime wheel
🔧 How to Make It:
In a shaker or mixing glass, lightly muddle the mint (and cucumber/basil if using) with syrup and lime juice.
Add wagyu rum and shake with ice.
Strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice.
Top with soda water for a longer drink.
Garnish with a mint sprig, lime wheel, or even a small grilled fruit skewer.
☀️ Why It Works:
Mint + lime gives it mojito-like freshness.
Wagyu rum adds a deep, unexpected twist.
Crushed ice keeps it light and sippable.
Can be easily batched for BBQs or garden parties.
